Suan Sati Yoga Retreat Center is hiring for a skilled and experienced Guest Services Manager to join our team. We’re seeking a confident, driven leader to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operation of our center. You’ll be responsible for check ins and outs, responding to emails, taking bookings, managing occupancy spreadsheets, maintaining financial records, and fostering a positive guest experience on site. You’ll also work closely with the General Manager to ensure the quality of the guest rooms, food service, and facilities.

Our ideal candidate is:
Thai or has a pink card (work authorization) only.
Competent in written and spoken English and Thai.
Experienced in hospitality management, 3 years minimum.
Comfortable working in a team.
Excellent in guest service.
Self directed.
Able to work under pressure.
Eager to take on new tasks and learn new skills.
Willing to relocate or commute daily to Ban Kad, Mae Wang.
